Women's Programs
We teach women how to be safe
wherever they go and whomever they’re with. The IMPACT Women's Program will teach you how to speak up, say
NO, and protect the boundaries of your personal space – especially in an
uncomfortable or awkward situation. You’ll learn how attackers pick out their
potential victims, and how to recognize the ways they try to gain your trust,
isolate, and take advantage of you. Dangerous encounters can get physical, and
we’ll show you the most effective techniques for stopping the attacker and breaking
free immediately when necessary. No matter the threat or situation, you can
gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to live a safe and secure day to day
life. Gain the peace of mind of knowing that, if the worst happens, you will be prepared to fight back and reach safety.

Programs for College Age Young Women
Young women in college are at higher risk to be victims of crimes and violence. Whether they're living independently, going to events and parties, traveling on and off campus at all hours, dealing with dating and relationships, or even traveling for a semester abroad, girls need to be aware of the dangers that exist, how to avoid them, and how to get free of danger if it finds them. Our college safety and self defense program prepares young women to successfully deal with uncomfortable situations, verbal confrontations, physical threats, and horrible crimes like attempted rape and assault. We teach situational awareness skills, how to speak up strongly and use your voice, and effective physical defense techniques that can stun or disable an attacker and allow young women to break free and escape to safety. If an encounter does happen, our program gives them the best personal protection strategies to defend themselves and NOT end up victims. Going off to college should be exciting - not scary - and that's why our program is so valuable for a safe and happy college experience.

Programs for Women in and Out of the Workplace
Women in or out of the workplace may be at risk for an attack or dangerous physical encounter. Whether from a stranger or a familiar person, attacks can happen when least expected. By learning how to defend and protect yourself, you will gain the confidence needed to deal with all types of potentially dangerous situations. You'll learn how to be aware and to recognize trouble, how to use your voice for defense when needed, and where and how to target an attacker's vulnerable areas so that you can physically defend yourself and escape the situation. Whether you're in the office, traveling locally or out of town, or at home, we can show you how to stay safe every day.
