Fresh Fun & Challenging workouts
This isn't the same old "cardio" kickboxing or tae-bo aerobics class - there's no choreography to keep up with, and you get to do lots of hitting pads and using equipment. Plus, all of our amazing workouts can be scaled to your fitness level. If you're a beginner (and maybe you haven't worked out in a while) no problem - you can take it at your own pace. On the other hand, if you're an experienced athlete, then you'll find some seriously challenging and intense workouts designed to push you to your limts.
We use methods like HIIT (high intensity interval training), Tabata (timed rounds with brief pauses in between), Circuit Training (rotating from station to station), plus cardio, stretching and endurance drills that help you build better health and fitness every week. We'll coach you through each exercise, and we'll make sure to match the intensity to your level and your own personal goals. Look and Feel Your bestFitness kickboxing is a workout that gives you real, lasting results. Are you looking to lose weight? Build strength? Tone muscles while slimming down? Our classes are a total body workout every single time. We train legs, arms, core, back, shoulders, abs, glutes, and more! And it's never the same work out twice. You'll enjoy the endless variations of warm ups, punching and kicking drills, strength training exercises, speed and endurance workouts for a cardio challenge, coordination and agility, and even balance and flexibility exercises too.
In addition to hitting the punching bags and pads, we include weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, kettle bells, jump ropes and jump boxes, bodyweight exercises, stretching, and partner drills too. All of this will help you burn calories, reduce body fat, increase strength and visible muscle tone, and work up a serious sweat so you feel incredible! We've had people tell us they've lost 10 or 20 pounds in just a few months, that they've had to buy new clothes because they lost weight, that they've had compliments on how they look from family and friends, and that they even fit into their old "skinny jeans" from years ago. Friendly, motivating InstructorsIf you've never done a punch or a kick before, don't worry - our expert Instructors will show you how to safely perform each technique both in the air and when striking the pads. They demonstrate the skills and drills, and they also monitor each person in class to make sure that everything is being done according to proper form. And, we aren't just fitness Instructors - we are life-long martial arts and kickboxing teachers who are experts in how to perform all of the movements and skills we teach. From boxing to kickboxing, from jiu-jitsu to MMA, from karate to taekwondo, we've done it all. Whether it's your first day or your 10th year, we are here to help ensure that you get to safely learn, workout, and have FUN!
